Ar15 upper receivers, or “parts” for those not familiar with firearms, date back to the early 1970s. At that time, firearms were still a relatively new technology and there were few manufacturers who could offer complete receivers. One such company was Winchester Firearms Manufacturing Company (Winchester), which produced the first commercial ar-15 rifles in 1968. The rifle was designed by John M. Browning and featured a receiver made of billet aluminum alloy instead of stamped steel like most other firearms at that time. The early ar-15 rifles were often used by law enforcement officers and military personnel as well as certain hunting enthusiasts due to their simple design and ease of use. In addition, these rifles became popular among shooters because they offered high firepower with little complexity. In 1990, Winchester reissued its original BCG named the XRBS (Xavier Rifles Barrel System) which included an adjustable stock and cheekpiece/muzzle brake system along with a variety of other enhancements. These changes allowed owners maximum flexibility when it came to customization while still meeting Federal Bureau Of Investigation requirements for firearm performance under National Firearms Act regulations! This same year also saw another major update to Winchester’s AR-15 receiver lineup when they introduced their new 3-round magazine model known as the TRS2 (Triple Rail System 2). Today, there are over 200 businesses located in downtown Ventura and much progress has been made since then including new technology companies such as Apple Inc., Samsung Co., Google LLC and LinkedIn Corporation being established within this growing community. There is also continued growth potential for this area due to its excellent education opportunities as well as its long history of development both during peacetime and wartime periods
In 1795, Spanish soldiers under the command of Colonel José del Valle discovered a rich gold mine on the San Buenaventura Ventura hills. The captain of the guard, Diego Rivera, decided to explore and prospect for gold while his men built a small cabin in the area. With little success, Rivera returned to Spain in 1802 and began to prepare for an exodus of California'somingoans who were then enslaved. In 1821, Governor Manuel Nieto approved legislation creating Rancho Santa Clara de la Venta within Mexican territory as part of Rancho Santa Anita outside of Los Angeles. The land was purchased by José María Argüello y Tejada from Antonio Canova in 1825 and given as part of Rancho San Vicente de los Baños to Juan Bautista Alvarado in 1830. In 1861, Presidencia Mexicana granted title to Santiago Rodriguez Cabrillo and Nicolas Michelini for their discovery at Point Conception on May 24th (the Feast Day of Our Lady Of Concepcion). This event marked the beginning of Mission San Fernando Rey de Atascadero. In 1870, Ajo became known as "the poorest place on earth" due to its lack of water resources; however it soon became one of the most important mission stations in California due to its strategic location midway between Monterey Bay and Sacramento Valley
