This led to some interesting developments over time – such as how two separate Sturm Ruger rifles could share common barrel assemblies (provided they were built side-by-side). It also allowed owners of earlier models of Ar15 rifles (& pistols) access to newer tech features & improvements that weren’t possible with previous generations of products!

The first commercial firearms were made in the early 1800s by American gunsmith Nicholas-Jacques Conte. In 1851, George Enfield produced his first rifle with a detachable magazine and this firearm became known as the Enfield Rifle. The British military also began using rifles with removable magazines in the 1850s, but these were not adopted until after the American Civil War.

Wildwood, Missouri is a small town in Morgan County, Missouri, United States. The population was 753 at the 2010 census. It is part of the St. Louis metropolitan area. The first people to live in Wildwood were the Potawatomie Indians. They arrived from Indiana in 1820 and founded what is now known as Potawatomie Township on the east side of Missouri River near modern-day Wildwood. In 1827, a group of white men led by Captain John Sibley established a trading post at Wildwood which became known as Sibley's Station. The post operated until 1840 when it was abandoned due to disease brought by travelers along the Missouri River. In 1851, President James Buchanan ordered General Nathan Bedford Forrest to build Fort Donelson on high ground east of present day Wildwood for military purposes; this fort served as an important outpost against Indian raids into northwestern Missouri during the War of 1812. A new Post Office was built at Wildwood in 1854 and remained open until 1896 when it closed because of Population growth and postal service limitations within St Louis County only. The townsite that includes modern-day Wildwood was platted about 1830 under license from Andrew Jackson for his embryonic town of Jacksonville on Clear Creek (now called White Flint). One early settler, John Chilton (1792-1875), made his home hereabouts before moving to Jacksonville in 1830 after being appointed surveyor general for Northwest Territory byJackson himself. By February 1830 Chilton had completed construction of a log cabin Church and modest shop/livery stable just south of where he lived today on Allen Road outside current day WildWOOD limits - DeBruyne Street SW & I-55 exit ramp off US 50 just north ofWildwood High School! Wrote local history author gary hartman: "John Chilton’s wild woodlot lay just northeast cornerofwhat is now DeBruyne Street SW&I-55 exit ramp off US 50 just northofWildwood High School." In addition to building his cabin, Chilton also constructed a two story sawmill next door utilizing logs collected from nearby White Flint Trace Creek banks; this mill continued operations until 1865 when it caught fire and destroyed most evidence including four low elevation logs still standing today (they are currently exhibited at old White Flint Museum).

The area now known as Wildwood was first settled in 1814 by the Kaskaskia tribe of Native Americans. The town was named for wildwoods in Maine, which were abundant in game. In 1837, the Missouri General Assembly granted a charter to the Town of Wildwood, and it grew quickly into a small community with primarily Ismaili Muslim settlers. The town center was destroyed by fire in 1868, but was rebuilt and renamed Wildwood after its original location. In 1922, Wildwood became an incorporated municipality.
