They were followed by Irish Catholics who had come to America looking for opportunity during World War II because American jobs were hard to find after Pearl Harbor. Afterward many black people left Franklin County for other parts of Ohio or Illinois because Pollution Control Act laws placed heavy restrictions on where they could live and work within their communities in those states. In 1948 North Korea tested an atomic bomb over Hiroshima City; this led to increased international pressure on China to do something about North Korea's nuclear weapons program which continued until 2003 when Pyongyang finally dismantled all its nuclear weapons programme components including its plutonium production reactor site; however some experts believe that Pyongyang may have deployed additional nuclear warheads outside Japan despite this dismantlement declaration since no country has ever successfully destroyed all their nuclear weapons programs whentariffs expired
