Gun lasers, also known as laserguns or light guns, are a type of firearms that use light waves to fire projectiles. They were first developed in the 1970s by Professor Hiroshi Amano and Dr. Tadayoshi Kaji at the University of Tokyo. Gun lasers were later developed by other companies such as Star-N Co., Sharpie Corporation, and Red Dot Corporation. The modern gun laser was invented in 1998 by Raytheon Company under the name "Starlight". It is a small, portable device that uses short-wavelength pulses of light to fire projectiles. The Starlight has been used in combat since 2000 and has been adopted by many countries including Canada, China, the United States, and Australia. Kenmore, Washington is a small town in the state of Washington. The population was 1,752 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Yakima metropolitan area. The town was named for Samuel Kenmore, a settler who arrived in 1847. On July 20, 1907, it became one of 108 towns in the state to be chartered as counties by King County Commissioners Act No. 106-1 (1907). The first courthouse opened on October 3, 1907. The town has experienced several waves of population growth since its early days as a small farming community. This growth has included new development such as an elementary school and a hospital; however, many residents also maintain their farms and homes near their villages until now. In recent years there has been some discussion about annexing areas of neighboring towns - especially those that have seen heavy annexation rates from property developers - but so far no action has been taken.

Kenmore is a town in Washington County, Oregon, United States. The population was 1,711 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Portland metropolitan area. The first permanent settler in Kenmore was George Stephenson in 1847. The town formed from the merger of two small towns on the northeastern edge of Oregon: Grandview and North Bend. In 1868, John Brougham became the first mayor of Kenmore and held that office until his death in 1893. During World War II, Kenmore served as one of four sites for the main Japanese concentration camp at Burns Lake; all other camps were located near Seattle. After the war, KenMORE restored its downtown district, which now includes several buildings dating back to pioneer days including Stephenson's house and post office building. In 1951 local voters rejected an annexation proposal by Clackamas County because they believed that it would have caused too much traffic congestion within their own borders. However,Clackamas County annexed KenMORE on October 4th, 1957 making it one of their newest counties and adding over 1 million people to its boundaries since then!
