In 1871, Lead BulletCompany moved to its current location on Second Avenue South near Homer Street; this location would remain unchanged until 1959 when it relocated to its current building on Market Square (now Dupont Place). During World War I, bullets played an essential role in helping American troops fight off enemy forces at home and abroad. Over 270 million rounds were fired during WWI alone- making bullet history one of the most prolific eras in modern warfare!
