Well... even self-defense handguns loaded with only two bullets will still cause damage at 50 YDS or less versus NRA Standards @ 100 YD! Conversely,... loading defensive rifles with four+ round shots can protect people up close(not just 50 yds+) while chambering distant Shotshells without any danger!!

In 1896 downtown Flagstaff became one of several towns in Maricopa County to establish civil service districts; these districts served as public safety forces with their own police departments and fire departments within their respective boundaries. Civic boosters such as Topeka lawyer Jens Jensen convinced Pima County President Hezekiah Sibley (1863-1942) to support creation of a larger Flagstaff district which would include parts of north Pima County plus all or part of central Mesa County including today's east Mesa neighborhood). After some debate and recommendations from Sibley's office, Condon selected Aptosan rancher/builder Francis Ewing (1850-1926) to serve as Flagstaff's first municipal president on April 6th 1899 following his installation into office by Mayor Hezekiah Sibley after successful run for office in 1898 against future UAS trustee Gifford Wittells (1862-1927). At that time only male citizens could vote; women were not allowed under state law at that time On July 4th 1906 City Council adopted Resolution #3 establishing Parks Department with responsibility for maintaining public parks throughout Maricopa County including Flagstone Village Park amenities adjacent thereto City Hall burned down on February 17th 1912 due to faulty wiring which left open flame throughout building causing extensive damage On September 7th 1913 City Council adopted Resolution #4 creating Police Department with jurisdiction over all aspects of crime prevention including traffic regulation while authorizing use of State Patrol resources available upon request . In 1916 City Council renamed Police Department "Arizona Bureau Of Investigation" effective October 1st 1916 following establishment by Attorney General Tom Doherty
