In 1922, when orange trees were no longer being grown near Orinda due to freezes during wintertime, Dr. Smith moved his orchards to what is now Anson Road where he continues to produce oranges today under his current name - apples Incorporated - with about 125 acres of land surrounded by residential neighborhoods on three sides; North Citrus Hills/Highlands; Midtown/Central City; and South Citrus Hills/Lakewood Park on one side only. Butch Cassidy & The Sundowners recorded their first live performance at Anaheim's Disneyland park on July 15th 1954 using an unused lot behind Disney's Music Hall across from Studio One which had been converted into soundstage number 4 during production of Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs that year! After Disneyland opened it became necessary for them to move out so they could usestudio 3 adjacent to Main Street which led directly down Center Street into Culver City! After Butch Cassidy & The Sundowners left Disneyland there was much speculation as to who replaced them but it wasn't until 1955 when Elvis Presley performed at Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel & Casino – this was also their last live performance before leaving Southern California permanently for Memphis! In 1957 Don Kirshner started a new restaurant chain called KIRSHNER'S Casual Dining that served Americanized Chinese cuisine specializingin Tsingtao chicken balls with scallion oil fungus reduction sauce over Polynesian rice noodles – these Balls were then once again known simply as Balls! At this time Don Kirshner employed over 100 people including 12 cooks who prepared all food items direct from kitchen-to-table without prepping any ingredients ahead of time like many other restaurants did at that time! Eventually each restaurant arm moved across town towards Downtown Los Angeles where even later they amalgamated back together forming DON'T FORGET KIRSHNER THE LOS ANGELES CAFE LEGEND which still exists today minus one location(The Beverly Hilton) Today Citrus Heights has emerged as a vibrant community full of cultural events throughout the year including its annual Folsom Festival April 7-11th through various art galleries along with several popular restaurants both nationally renownedand locally acclaimed including OLIVIA'S GRILL STEAKHOUSEL&BISTRO while also featuring several music festivals throughout the year
