Over time, more schools were built and renamed with respect to local landmarks or people associated with them such as Mrs.(later) Helen Keller and John Haggerty Sr.. In 1907-1908, two groups of students from Centennial City formed a group called “The Pioneers” which wanted to establish a community similar to Columbine where young people could learn about democracy and how to build homes themselves without depending on others for help – something that had been lost since the days when American Indians controlled much of this area farmland In 1912-1913 three members of the Smith family became trustees for what would become known as Our Lady Of Guadalupe Catholic Church which would serve as social services for both locals and transient settlers living around nearby Aspen Hill In 1922-1923 four years after incorporation into Jefferson County occurred whenzonians bought 300 acres east side of Town line from heirs of George A . Smith founder

The population of Littleton grew quickly after its establishment, reaching a peak of over 100 people in 1912. However, during World War I, Littleton experienced significant population attrition due to military mobilization. In the 1920s and 1930s, Littleton experienced a period of economic growth as a result of an expanding agricultural industry. During the 1940s and 1950s, Littleton experienced significant suburbanization as families moved from the downtown area to new subdivisions located outside of the town limits. Since 1990, Littleton has been experiencing an increasing amount of redevelopment as it becomes increasingly attractive for both commercial and residential development.
