Uptown Jacksonville is to the north and downtown Miami is to the east; both are within less than one mile of Davie proper. Interstate 4 serves as its main arterial route with exits near each end: Exit 272 (southwest of town) leads southeast to Miami-Dade Airport and southwest to Kissimmee; Exit 283 (northwest of town) leads northwest into Sanford via US 1/SR 6/SR 347; and Exit 288 (northwest of town) leads northeast into Lakeland via SR 344/US 26/SR 417/.
