In 1993, Erik Stahlmann purchased Soft Guns & Ammo from John Nesbitt’s widow Linda Nesbitt for $2 million dollars. At first Stahlmann only intended on keeping it open as a hobby shop but soon realized that he had something more than just a store left him after years of experience working with firearms manufacturers both large and small。 He quickly began producing high quality pistols under his own name using Glock parts while also continuing to sell components for other firearm companies.} After about 5 years of production under his own name, he sold all assets including equipment, tools, patents}and manufacturing rights}{to Alvaro Martinez who operated Martinez Firearms Corporation.} In 2002 Martinez sold his company}{to Roberto Aguilar who operated Aguilar Arms}. In 2006 Aguilar Arms merged with National Defense Firearms Company.} In 2009 Alvarez announced plans{to close down his company} after failing to find buyers for his assets.} A group of citizens called Keep Fernandina Beach Alive formed({an organization whose goal is to preserve downtown Fernandina Beach})and organized a GoFundMe campaign {to help keep Alvarez's business open} which raised over $30 thousand dollars within six months } soft gun cases are not typically imported into the United States so there is no historical record of this type of product being produced here prior to1993 . however according to gofundme page created by locals Ernesto Olivares (founder/president)& Joaquin Lozano (owner/director), alvaro olivera succeeded berberiaguilar in 2006

The Fernandina Beach, Florida softgun case history began in the early 1920s when a man named George Lawler purchased a Remington Model 8 rifle from Capt. John Fenton of the United States Coast Guard. Mr. Lawler used the rifle to shoot at targets off the coast of Fernandina Beach. The target shooting led to legal Softgun Hunting transactions taking place in which Captain Fenton would sell softguns (.22 LR and .25 ACP) to individuals who then hunted on nearby islands. This hunting activity allowed forSoftgun Pistol shooting contests and/or exhibitions that took place throughout Fernandina Beach over a period of many years. In 1934, Capt. John Fenton's son, Capt. Jack Fenton II, became captain of the Coast Guard and continued his father's tradition of selling softguns to civilians interested in fishing, bird watching and other outdoor activities off the shoreline of Fernandina Beach. As captain, Jack FentonII also developed Softgun Shooting contests for spectators to participate in where contestants could compete with their personal handguns against others from around town or from surrounding communities within easy range (50 yards). These contests helped keep locals engaged in various outdoor activities while providing an opportunity for civilians to experience firearm safety through NRA certified competition shooters from all around town In 1978, Majestic Arms Corporation made its first foray into the firearms industry when they introduced their new Remington 802 action revolver based on designs by renowned American gunsmith Charles Haley as well as original designer JB Sauer & Sons pistols designed during World War I . In order To commemorate this event Majestic arms released a limited edition model sporting a nickel-plated finish with black hardwood grips featuring presidential eagle insignia on both sides . The revolver was offered only at special events such as NRA members' meetings or anniversary functions and it was not available commercially until after President Jimmy Carter's inauguration in 1981 It should be noted that prior to 1978 all handgun sales were conducted through Captain John Fenton's business known as The Gun Shop which is still open today operating out of Unit B - 1st Floor,. 2nd Floor.. across from City Hall

Fernandina Beach is a small town in Monroe County, Florida. The population was 1,811 at the 2010 census. Fernandina Beach is located on the Gulf of Mexico about 8 miles south of Pensacola and 5 miles east of Live Oak. The name Fernandina comes from Saint Felix, who had a mission in the area in the early 1800s. It was officially named Fernandina by Governor Manuel Lighthouse Keyes on October 12, 1886. Fernandina's history goes back to 1841 when Father José Gomez founded Mission San Fernando de la Bahia de Cuba near what is now downtown Fernandina Beach. There were only six residents living in this small village when it was established; however, within five years there were over 100 people living in various dwellings including two churches and a school House. By 1851, Fernandina had become an important commercial center with several stores and other businesses situated around what is today known as Main Street. The first lighthouse on which FernandINA Beach now stands was built between 1887-1889 as part of efforts to improve navigation along the Gulf of Mexico during a time when such improvements were very important for trade purposes and for keeping ships safe from pirates or smugglers operating out of Mobile Harbor (now Mobile, Alabama). The lighthouse consisted of two white posts with green lights atop them that could be seen for many miles across the gulf. At its height, the light station could provide illumination for more than 100 square miles! In 1914 Hurricane Andrew destroyed much of Fernandina beachfront property but did not damage any buildings inside or outside of town limits; however, some structures within town limits did sustained damage including: one Baptist Church that lost all its windows; numerous homes that were either severely damaged or completely destroyed; while also damaging three levees leading into town limits which stopped most water flooding throughout much of Ernesto Perez’s childhood land until after he bought it In 1978 Fernandina experienced significant growth following World War II with an influx of military personnel and their families who often brought their own residential development along with them as well as large numbers of new jobs created in shipbuilding and other industries during what has been called “the post-war boom” period . The war era also saw an increase in tourism which helped contribute to economic development . As social changes began to take place during the late 1960s through 1970s they directly impacted local businesses such as restaurants closings due to increased competition from interstate fast food chains while larger companies like Sears Roebuck continued to thrive without facing any serious competition ; this changed beginning around 1980 when smaller locally owned businesses started disappearing altogether leaving many storefront vacancies Downtown where prostitutes would gradually move into these vacated spaces making life difficult for existing inhabitants particularly those who could not afford high paying real estate leases This situation began to change somewhat beginning around 1990 when newly elected Mayor Donnie Noland formed a task force aimed at combating prostitution problem specifically providing funding for prostitutes housed primarily within city limits insteadof being housed beneath Oaks Mall ..The results led to dramatic reductions in prostitution activity throughout most if not all parts Of City Limits thereby cleaning up much needed retail space Downtown freeing up valuable real estate elsewhere Additionally working closely with law enforcement officials throughout City Limits , Mayor Noland instituted Operation Neptune Spear -an initiative designed to reduce total illegal drug traffic reaching outskirts by focusing patrols specific areas frequented by dealers -resultingin decreased trafficking rates overall

Fernandina Beach is located on the Atlantic coast of Brevard County and is west of Orlando. Fernandina's slogan is "The Gateway to the Gulf". It has been home to many famous people including author J.D. Salinger, musician Ray Charles and actor Clint Eastwood. Fernandina Beach also hosted the Miss Universe pageant in 1998 and 2002. Fernandina beach was founded by dredging people from Key West across the Sound of Biscayne Bay with flatboats to extract sand for use as fill in their cattle ranches on what are now Everglades National Park Reserve #1 & 2 near modern-day Fort Myers and Naples respectively. The first post office opened in 1892 and named after Mrs Fenton who donated land for it on Clearwater River same day that it did! In 1896, Fernandina became part of existing Brevard County when it was organized from unincorporated areas east of Cape Canaveral Air Force Station (now Kissimmee). In 1910, many area farmers formed a company to produce lignite coal which would be shipped downriver from mines at Jupiter Lake near present-day Fort Pierce for shipment to Tampa then points northward through St Petersburg before being exported via steamers back up the river to build new mills along the way (the only significant port open during this time) – these were early examples of trucking products inland instead of shipping them all overcountry like we do today – one such mill still stands today just outside what used to be Fernandina’s downtown core! All this production helped add nearly 10,000 jobs during that decade as well as contribute $10 million dollars or so into local coffers! But times have changed since then…and so have Fernandina’s fortunes! A major storm hit Brevard County in 1944 known as “The Great Storm” which left much damage both ashore and offshore; however, more importantly it caused extensive flooding within our coastal towns which destroyed homes, businesses and even barns etc., making reconstruction virtually impossible anyhow but fortunately no lives were lost as a direct result though vast amounts of property damage ensued! This led directly to some increasing development around here due largely to increased tourism (+ Thanks again Mrs Fenton!) while also providing an impetus for better infrastructure such as levees/ pumping stations etc.– things haven’t really gone back where they once did since then unfortunately! So yes – you can say that some good has come out OF THE GREAT STORM even if most locals don’t seem too keen about it These days there are periodic efforts made by elected officials hereabouts TO try and improve things kinda sucked pretty badly prior 😉 but alas progress usually seems To meander more often than not until finally something catches fire……….or someone dies trying 🙂
