Berkley, Michigan is one of the most significant cities in the United States. It was founded by Christopher Morin in 1827 as a small community on the banks of the River Rouge. The city rapidly grew and became an important center for industry and trade. The three most common mounting solutions are Picatinny rails, Weaver rails, and A2 flashhider/mounts. Picatinny Rail Mounts: Picatinny rail mounts provide an extensive amount ofAllen Key space to install your accessories without having to remove the entire upper receiver. This allows you to add any number of attachments such as lasers, lights, or grips without having to remove either the upper receiver or barrel. However, they are not typically very sturdy and can tend to loosen over time if used in high-stress operations such as shooting competitions or long-term storage. When using a Picatinny rail mount with a Weaver rail system, be sure that both rails have been properly identified by their corresponding metal tab on the gun (typically located at 6 o'clock on the left side of the gun). For rifles that use metric receivers there is also a MIL-STD 1913 type 516 thread standard onhammered receivers that uses one single screw instead of four screws per side which helps improve tightening tolerances when using these types of mounts Weaver Rail Mounts: Weaver rails offer more stability than Picatinney rails due to their increased surface area. They can be attached directly onto barrels or other components via four screws per side and will not loosen over time likePicatinney Rails do. Unlike Picatinney Rails however, weavers cannot be attached with MIL-STD 1913 type 516 threads - this means that you will need to use metric receivers for these mounts A2 Flashhider/Mounts: A2 flash hiders provide excellent anti-battery performance and allow users who want Manual windage adjustments (MWAA) functionality for their firearms without needing an electronic scope turret or 3Gun rebuild kit.
