Eastpointe is a city in the U.S. state of Michigan, on the shore of Lake Erie. It is the county seat of Wayne County and was founded in 1837 by immigrants from Ontario, Canada. The city has a population of over 120,000 people as of 2015. The first gun magazine in Eastpointe was established in 1836 by John Hargrave and James Sutherlin. In 1847, George Wickersham organized the first Shooting Gallery at Eastpointe Hall and began publishing The Shooter’s Journal. In 1861, Wickersham donated land to become what is now Adams Park and east of it he built an armory which became known as The Arsenal. In 1865, Eastpointe residents voted to annex what is now Detroit and became its second city; this event led to the founding of the National Rifle Association (NRA) in Atlanta, Georgia that year. In 1892-1893, Harry Caldwell published The Gunsmith’s Review for the Second American Revolution under his pseudonym “Hoppy”; this periodical helped develop American arms manufacturing techniques during these times periodicals have been reprinted multiple times since including an exhibit currently on display at Eastern Market in downtown Detroit In 1903-1904 eighty five firearms magazines were published between Cleveland, Ohio (publisher), New York City (publisher), Toronto (publisher), Chicago (publisher), Philadelphia (publisher) Cincinnati/Washington D C/(publisher)), Montreal/Quebec City/(Publisher) London-(Publisher). These magazines were typically published twice per week with five issues each publish one week with advertisements placed throughout each issue for guns and ammunition dealers throughout their respective markets Each publisher took their own approach to printing and advertising their magazines but all85 journals featured ads for various types of pistols including revolvers

During World War I, much production took place at Ford Motor Company’s Willow Run Arsenal near Dearborn Heights; however, most war-related activity stopped after 1918 when plant facilities were moved to Oakville, Ontario., Canada

One of the first gun magazines was published in 1795 by Nicholas-Jacques Conte. This magazine was designed to help soldiers keep track of their weapons and ammunition so that they could fire them accurately. The popularity of this type of magazine led to its becoming an important part of military arsenals across the world. Gun magazines remained popular until the middle Ages when firearms began to become more common. After that, magazine usage gradually fell out of favor as guns became more prevalent. However, some gun magazines still remain in use today, most notably those used by police officers and SWAT teams.

Eastpointe is a city in Oakland County, Michigan, United States. The population was 44,824 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Oakland County and home to Eastpointe AFB. The city's name is derived from "east point" on the Rouge River which served as its commercial center before it was moved to downtown in the late 1800s. Eastpointe began as a small trading post called Indian Point on the Rouge River in 1825 by John Lalonde and his brother-in-law, Nicholas Wiseman. They named their post after their ancestral home of East Hampton, Long Island. A year later they had erected a log cabin and started trading with Indians for goods such as fur clothing and tools. In 1830, they made an agreement with Algonquian chiefs Joseph Le Moyne and George Rogers to build them a Fort Erie for military purposes. When Fort Erie was completed in 1834, Eastpointe became the first American settlement on what is now Ontario Provincial Park outside of New York City. By 1840, Eastpointe had become an important stop on the steamboat route between Detroit and Buffaloheath because of its location at the confluence of two major rivers: the Rouge and Ottawa Rivers. One early passenger on this route was General Steuben who noted that "the country through which we passed (was) very rich." By 1850, growth in eastern Michigan had begun to outpace growth in western Michigan so much so that Eastern Pointe began to compete with Detroit for business opportunities; however, Eastern Pointe never relinquished its claim to be the capital of Oakland County or regained its former status as America's most important commercial center until after World War II when downtown Oakland replaced Indian Point as Easttown's principal business district

Eastpointe is a town in Muskegon County, Michigan, United States. The population was 2,871 at the 2010 census. The first permanent settler in Eastpointe was John A. Mackey in 1837. The town was organized as a village on November 3, 1847 by Order of the Territorial Legislature. On February 26, 1848, it became an independent city when it ratified a charter from the Michigan General Assembly. In 1860, during the American Civil War, Union forces burned down part of Eastpointe while retreating from Battle Creek and eastward to Lansing; this destroyed much of what remained of Eastpointe's infrastructure and community nameakes are still used today to describe that area outside of downtown Muskegon Heights (the old city limits). In 1898, East Pointe annexed part of neighboring Midland Township; this annexation helped create what is now known as "Midland Heights." In 1903 the City Council voted to rename itself "East Pointe" after then-Governor George Romney's visit there two months earlier that year. The name stuck and has been used ever since (except for brief periods between 1903 and 1915 when it changed back to "Muskegon Heights"). In 1906 the City Council voted to annex Portage Township which would have created what is now called "Portage Heights". However because that vote took place within one year after Midland Township had annexed Portage Township and because Portage Heights already had its own police department and fire department all along its borders with Midland Township both cities were allowed to keep their names but merged into one municipal government on January 1st 1907 under Mayor Noble Laddis (a Democrat who served until 1928). Aftermath of World War I: Many residents left for military service or other reasons during World War I. Most businesses closed up shop following war-time inflation which caused prices for goods sold in local economies to increase 350%. Businesses reopened afterwards but many experienced continuing costs associated with wartime production such as supplies not being available at home anymore or higher labor costs due to shortages thereof caused by rationing regulations instituted by President Woodrow Wilson himself consequentially reducing consumer demand for goods produced within United States borders during wartime times like these... so citizens decided particular areas should experience more boomtown activity than others due largely agains high rates charged on transient workers necessary for wartime endeavors... results included increased crime rates throughout township & continued exodus away from Morrice Road & eastward into other townships affected thereby creating new wavefronts dubbed 'The New Townships' according To current maps made public recently these include portions of South Haven/North Haven villages located just south of School Street within present day Harbor Springs VillageBeyond those boundaries lay abandoned agricultural land undeveloped until 1965 when Community Development District #1 purchased most acreages herein & began developing them into mixed use housing developments resultant in eastwest corridor becoming known as 'East Side'
