Pepper spray is a firearm safety tool that was originally developed in the 1960s to protect law enforcement officers from pepper spray victims. A group of citizens decided to create their own firearms safety organization, called Flint City Arms Company Inc., to help patrol Flint and ensure that individuals using pepper spray had proper training and carried enough weapons for protection. In 1984, the state of Michigan passed a bill making it illegal for anyone under 18 years old to purchase or possess any firearms without a license. This legislation made pepper Spray an effective means of protecting young adults from potential criminals who might attempt to steal their prized possessions or hurt them physically. As part of its mission, Flint City Arms Company began providing free training courses for police officers across the city interested in using pepper spray as an investigative tool against criminal suspects or violators of local ordinances. Since 1978, pepperspray use by civilians has increased significantly throughout the United States due to concerns over public safety and national security threats such as terrorism and gang violence. One reason why this increase may be significant is that not all municipalities have had regulations put into place prohibiting people from using pepperSpray outside of authorized incidents or during protests/protests (such as those seen occurring outside Flint City Arms Company events). Flint, Michigan is a city in the U.S. state of Michigan and the county seat of Genesee County. The population was 3,700 at the 2010 census. This order affected approximately 70% of properties Citywide but has since been updated to affect more than 100% of properties due to additional information brought to light about older pipes and fixtures that are still used without required replacement or cleaning decades after they were first installed

Flint was founded in 1795 by Gen. George Washington and his troops as a military post on the Flint River. The town was named after the River's course through Michigan-now Ontario County, Michigan. In 1817, the Territorial Legislature designated Flint the capital of the Michigan Territory. The first government buildings were erected here in 1821-22. When the state of Michigan was admitted to the union in 1837, Flint became its capital again. The city experienced significant growth during the 19th century; it became an important commercial center with a large population and a variety of industries including wagonmaking, publishing and other businesses. However, during World War I (1914-18), Flint came under attack from German forces who mined nearby ore fields for munitions and ammunition. Underground mines continued to be active into World War II until they were abandoned by 1942 due to damage caused by bombing raids and firebombing. In 1951, efforts began to rehabilitate downtown Flint using funds provided by Congress as part of Prescription Drug Abuse Prevention Act reforms administered by U.S. Health Services Administration (HSA). These efforts culminated in restoration of much of old brick architecture and renovations of many public buildings including City Hall, State House Annex, Central Library, fire station No 2-now known as Building A1 (since demolished), Municipal Court Building (now known as Building A2), majority of First National Bank building(s) now used for offices or housing units (eastern side only now remaining),and substantial renovation/ rehabilitation work at remainingnbbuildings including Kalamazoo Avenue Baptist Church which had been destroyed in 1916 by fire; Work also included replacement/ improvement of several blocks eastward along Kalamazoo Avenue from Third Street southward to Fourth Street between Woodward Avenue and Cass Avenue On November 3rd 1992 James Moseley became Mayoralty candidate against incumbent John Englewood

In 1792, the area that is now Flint was part of the Huron Indian Nation. The first permanent white settler in what is now Flint was Nicholas Slocum, who arrived in 1798. In 1813, a group of United States Marines landed on the site and began to build Fort Dearborn. The fort served as a military outpost for several years before it was abandoned in 1817. The first resident of what is now Flint was John Fritchey, who arrived in 1815. In 1818, General Anthony Wayne founded the City of Detroit and laid out a plan for its development. As part of this process, Fritchey donated land to Detroit for the purpose of setting up a city government. In 1825, Augustus St Clair built an hotel called the Grosse Pointe Hotel on Front Street in what is now downtown Flint. This hotel became known as the "Flint House." In 1830, Michigan Statehood was granted to Michigan by President James K. Polk; as a result, Flint became part of the state and St Clair's hotel lost its status as an important business center. During the 1840s and 1850s, many major improvements were made to infrastructure in Flint including: construction of bridges over I-75 and M-12; founding of schools such as Oakland Township School District No. 1 (now known as Muskegon Heights Elementary School); establishment of hotels such as Brown's Hotel; and construction of mills such as New Holland Manufacturing Company Limited (now owned by GEICO). In 1861, during America's Civil War, Battle Creek Railroad Station was built northward from downtown Flint along Elm Street until it met with I-75 just south of where Raynor Park currently stands today near Midway Airport Regional Airport developments northeast corner Of Woodward Avenue And Richmond Road.)Battle Creek Railroad Station served both civilian traffic moving through town enroute to/from Chicago & points east while also serving local military units moving between camps across US army lines east & west Of Battle Creek
