As a result of its toxicity and limited range (only reaching about 30 meters (100 ft)), mustard gas was effectively rendered ineffective by 1943 when rats became resistant to it after exposure over weeks at high concentrations[4]. In those years prior to 1945 – during which Adolf Hitler ruled Germany – there was little available technology capable of utilizing chemical weapons beyond TNT explosives and Molotov cocktails[5]. It should be noted that even today’s most advanced gene therapy methods are not able completely eradicate any type of parasite or virus*6*. Consequently, despite Nazi Germany’s technological superiority over much OFW resistance during World War II†7*, many New Yorkers died anyway as result of contact with flying grenades employment*8*. Unfortunately for humanity over the past few decades(*12), certain technologies have become increasinglyavailable which make Warfare Against Terror much more difficult: *13* Chemical Weapons Convention Regulations Annex III states “There shall be no new chemical weapons development except under special authorisation granted by treaty pursuant to Article 5(a)…except where necessary for carrying out activities covered by Articles 6(a), 7(b), 8(a), 9(a)…” Furthermore under Protocol No 1 thereto*14*, member states are required “to destroy all obsolete chemical weapons … within 3 years after they come into full operation”; nevertheless post-Second World War production has continued apace! This brings us directly back to our topic: Pepper Spray! As mentioned previously (*15*) Pepper SprayWeaponry began being developed circa 1800′s primarily because snakebite victims did not want vinegar ointment on their skin which would sting like hornet stings did! Therefore someone decided that spraying paint fumes onto someone who then bit them would work just fine! By 1885 you can find reports stating how use permit holders were using this non lethal weapon in various ways such as dispersing crowds & arresting criminals etc…. There has been pepper spray use in New Baltimore, Michigan for over a decade. It began as an effort to disperse a protest against the city's decision to award a $2 million contract to an outside company to develop and deploy pepper spray units. The first use of pepper spray in New Baltimore was on July 8, 2009 when officers used it to try and disperse a group of people who had gathered at City Hall. The force was successful in dispersing the group, but one person was injured. A total of 18 officers were trained in using pepper spray in New Baltimore by the end of 2010.
