Gun lights were first introduced to the town of Brainerd, Minnesota in 1892. At that time, there were no cars or other vehicles in the town so people relied on horses and carts for transportation. One of the early gun lights was a hand-held lantern that could be used to light pathways and trails leading into the community. The Lantern was also used as a signal to start fires in the community. In 1911, a new gun light system was created by Mrs. Florence Hildebrandt and Mr. John Hildebrandt. This system consisted of two white lights located on either side of a black handlebarmounted flashlight that could be ridden around town using it as a signal to start fires or look for targets while traveling at night. This new gun light system became known as “The Belle Gang” because it resembled an old-fashioned beauty pageant contestant’s headlight design with its two white lights atop a black handlebarmounted flashlight. In 1922, Gun Lights Incorporated was formed in order to market and sell these new gun lights within the local area. By 1933, all original pistol grip model guns had been replaced by drum magazine models with revolving magazines that held ten rounds each (the current model). In 1938, The Belle Gang reappeared with updated designs including hinged shields that protected against theft when not in use and electric operated headlights that made driving at night more visible than ever before!

Brainerd, Minnesota is a small town in the far north-central United States. The population was 5,814 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Brainerd County. The town is located on Lake Superior and its ZIP code is 56513. The first Europeans to visit what is now Brainerd were traders from Sweden who passed through in 1816. They named their new settlement after a farm near Björkövede on the southern shore of Lake Michigan they had seen while travelling down that river. In 1822, an act of Congress made it part of Dakota Territory and until 1889 it was part of Iowa Territory. When that territory was divided, Brainerd became part of Minnesota. In 1872, as a result of railroad construction across northern Minnesota, Brainerd began to experience rapid growth as lumbermen arrived with their mills and homespun clothiers established stores and streets soon followed suit with businesses catering to farmers and fishermen along the water's edge or closer to business areas such as downtown or the train station which had been built on land donated by prominent citizens including banker Jens Jensen (1810-75). A post office was established in 1875 but closed within two years due to lack of mail volume; however, an early express service operated between Minneapolis and Duluth via boat until 1906 when passenger train service became available over tracks already being built by Northern Pacific Railway Company for their line from Chicago to St Paul via Minneapolis-Duluth. During World War II there were large numbers population effects associated with military bases located in various parts of eastern North America because so much production took place here for weapons manufacturers like Boeing Co., Cessna Aircraft Corp., US Motors Inc., Continental Oil & Refining Company etc.. Many people who worked here during those difficult times left behind memories that still influence community life today: USS Constitution Museum opened its doors in 2002 adjacent to historical cultural center; local golf courses have become popular tourist destinations; many buildings are still used for housing or other purposes although most are now owned by private individuals or organizations rather than public entities like government departments/agencies It should be noted that not all residents throughout history have been nativesborn Minnesotans - one famous resident who moved permanently to Brainerd circa 1890 was Abraham Lincoln (1809-56), son of Ulysses S Grant Woodbury Lincoln (1785-1876).
