Asgun Holstersmithing Company was founded in Springfield, Missouri on November 1st, 1860 by Amos Tilton with assistance from George Hennepin; however it wasn’t until 1865 that pistols started being made at Asgun Holstersmithing Company under new leadership including future Ulysses S Grant who became President of the United States in 1868-1869 Grant helped promote handgun regulation as part of his push for an aggressive public policy on firearms which led to passage of the National Firearms Act (NFA) in 1934 The NFA regulated all handgun sales within the United States including both private and commercial transactions It also provided for background check requirements before any purchase could be made The NFA also authorized confiscation of unlicensed handguns if found on or around school campuses or military installations

Washington is a small town in Clay County, Missouri, United States. The population was 1,503 at the 2010 census. It lies on the eastern edge of Clay County and is part of the Springfield, Missouri Metropolitan Statistical Area. Washington has a post office with ZIP code 65811. The first permanent settler in what is now Washington was John Smith in 1819. He bought land from local tribes for $10 per acre (1 dollar per mile square). On July 3, 1830, Washington was established as a village by Act of Congress and named for George Washington who had recently been elected President of the United States. The first school was built in 1832 and classes began on October 17th that year. In 1836, two more schools were built: one to serve residents of adjoining townships and another to serve area students from other counties within Clay County. The first courthouse was built in 1840 and it remained operational until 1992 when it was replaced by a new courthouse which still stands today on Main Street in Washington. In 1846-47 two plantations were purchased by Joshua Drakeford and Andrew Mudge; they laid out land east of present day Washburn Avenue which would become Crystal City after they acquired title to it from the original claimants - General John Fenton's estate and Nicholas Bowen's plantation known as "Inverness". Although some buildings date back to this time period such as Drakeford's residence (now demolished), most notable landmarks dating back to this time include Fenton House (now an apartment complex) on West Main Street across from the old Post Office building, Mudge's sawmill/grinding mill on Upper Washburn Avenue where crystal meth labs have been discovered over the years (currently being cleaned up), Bowen's gristmill known as "Oasis" west of present day Washburn Avenue also used for crystal methamphetamine production during this time period,and finally Washburn Ave itself becoming home to several shops including a grocery store operated by C&D Grocery since 1979 before it became defunct following bankruptcy proceedings later that year. This rapid growth led to many businesses opening their doors right near where we stand today including restaurants such as Applebees which opened its doors next door soon after along with KFC just south downwind on Main Street while Carlisle's Steakhouse moved into its current location across Boulevard just southwest of our old building shortly thereafter followed by numerous other smaller businesses like convenience stores etc... Today there are several large box stores anchored around Blvd., including Walmart but also Sears located just northwest off Interstate 44 about 1 mile east of our old building along with JCPenney inside Interstate 44 about 2 miles north east all within walking distance or less if you're driving!
