Johnathan Hynes Sr., one of Mr Fenton's sons managed to keep possession of this older building through various legal means throughout most or all of its history - likely because it offered more security than could ever be provided by simply moving out shortly thereafter onto new property! When Jonathan Hynes Jr., father's son died suddenly young in 1856 while attempting to purchase additional property within town limits – leaving his widow Elizabeth sole proprietor – her old building doubled as her new home! Unfortunately due to being so closely aligned with other historically significant properties within town limits (& thus easy access both during regular visitation & vandalism alike) over time it soon went through multiple changes hands including becoming "the old mill" side walk exposure listed above before finally landing back withElizabethHynesMuseum later THAT YEAR via donation from then Mayor & current owner Herb Weisenthal!"
