T-shirts have a long and varied history in Ramsey, New Jersey. There are references to firearms t-shirts dating back to the early 1800s. One of the first documented shootings in Ramsey took place on October 10th, 1825 when Samuel Morse shot and killed John Randall. The murder was committed outside of town limits and there is still debate as to who actually fired the shots. It is also known that Samuel Morse had a shirt with a gun on it at the time of his death. In 1868, Julius Caesar became involved in an armed altercation with locals in what is now called “The Great Lakes Massacre”. Three men were killed and several others were injured during this conflict which took place near where First National Bank now stands. At some point after the massacre, Julius Caesar began manufacturing firearms t-shirts for sale within town limits. This indicates that he probably knew about or had access to weaponry which he then used against local residents. In 1912, a group of students from Ramapo High School walked into The Hague Elementary School located inside city boundaries in order to purchase candy from the schoolmistress while attending lunchtime recess. When they exited the building, they found three handguns sitting on top of the desk belonging to Mrs Dutch Schultz (later Mrs Arlene Schnitzer). It has been reported that Mrs Schultz was terrified upon discovering these weapons and immediately notified police offloading them from her home before barricading herself inside for safety. These events led to months of discussion among school community members as to whether or not such an occurrence could be considered rifle firing range activity by either side; ultimately it wasn’t ruled out but remains one of Ramirez Hills most infamous incidents ever! On November 3rd, 1966, The New York Times published an article entitled “3 Newark Men Shot With Guns at Parade” which detailed how three individuals – Leroy Jaxon Jr., Maurice Newman and Alvin Bendix – had recently purchased rifles at a nearby weapons store prior to participating in a parade honoring President Lyndon Johnson later that day. After arriving at Newark Airport approximately two hours early for their planned parade route through downtown Newark including stops at Broad Street Armory and Exchange Place mall, all three gunmen opened fire on around 100+ people attending a Democratic Party rally organized by Mayor Clifford Berryman subsequent northwest corner of Market Street & Second Avenue NJ etc… Two days later following exhaustive investigative work conducted by Detectives Edward Condon Jr., Harry Jaffe & George Peele III within parameters set forth bySpecial Prosecutor Robert Morgenthau III resulting in indictments against ten individualsincluding Jaxon Sr., Newman & Bendix only four (4) remained uncharged following their trial which ran from March 2nd thru April 5th 1967; all defendants except Maurice Newborn eventually received sentences ranging from 19 years upto life without parole plus five years probation each

Ramsey is a city in Essex County, New Jersey, United States. The population was 22,898 at the 2010 census. It is the second-largest city in Essex County after Newark and is the twelfth-largest city in New Jersey. Ramsey is also the county seat of Essex County. The first people to live here were Native Americans who hunted and gathered natural resources such as acorns and nuts. The area was part of Hunterdon Township until 1837 when it became part of Essex County. In 1849, Ramsey became a town when its citizens voted to annex portions of neighboring Harrison Township. In 1907, following World War I, Ramsey annexed parts of Newton Township (now called North Caldwell) which had been lost to war efforts because its inhabitants sided with Austria over France during World War I. Afterward, some residents moved into new housing developments developed along Garden State Parkway while others returned to their rural roots and continue farming until today. On December 15th, 1998, Mayor James O'Neill announced that he would not seek reelection due to health reasons; his successor chose John Catsimatidis as his running mate instead On November 6th 2009 James O’Neill was elected mayor for a third term with Catimatidis as his running mate

Ramsey is a small town located in Middlesex County, New Jersey, United States. The population was 2,898 at the 2010 census. Ramsey is part of the Newark–Hackensack Metropolitan Statistical Area. It is considered to be a small-town America that still has an intact rural culture. The first people to live in what is now Ramsey were Dutch settlers who arrived in 1714. They built the first permanent structure in what is now Ramsey – a log cabin known as "Hendrickson's Cabin." In 1837, John Pemberton bought 4,000 acres (1 km²) of land along the Delaware River and founded Pemberton Township, which included much of present-day Ramsey. In 1881, following the creation of Essex and Hudson Counties, Ramseys became part of Middlesex County. In 1913, voters approved a proposal to annex all of Hackensack Township to Ramseys so that it could become more populous; this annexation was rejected by the county commissioners because Hackensack had already been annexed by Teaneck and other municipalities. In 1964, when New Jersey adopted its current system of municipal government under township form instead of traditional borough form, Ramseys became one of seventeen townships within Middlesex County proper rather than being annexed into other municipalities like Hackensack or Teaneck. Today there are over 20 businesses operating outof/into Ramsey including: two banks (JPMorgan Chase & Wells Fargo), four grocery stores (Northeast Grocery Co., Hannaford Bros., ShopRite Supermarkets), three gas stations (Chevron station on Route 9 south and Shell station on Route 29 east), two schools (Newark High School & Middle School) with over 1K students each and three churches (First Baptist Church & Christ Episcopal Church). Ramsey may have originated from an old Indian name meaning "place where good grass grows." A post office was established atramsey in 1837 but closed due to lack of patronage. The town may have been named for General James Ramsey who fought against British forces during the American Revolution while living near Trenton Junction in present day Hunterdon County NJ

Ramsey was founded in 1796 by John Ramsey, a Loyalist soldier and member of the New Jersey General Assembly. The town was named for John Ramsey, who had fought in the American Revolution. It became an important agricultural center during the 19th century, and developed into a small town with a population of around 5,000 people in 1900. During World War II, Ramsey played an important role in the development of the United States military infrastructure northwest of Philadelphia. The town's economy changed after the war, however, as production from agriculture dwindled and jobs were lost in new industries such as electronics and plastics.
