Some people find these newer types OF Drum Magazines much easier & quicker To remove stored Ammo Than Older Types Of Plastic Drum Magazines Because They Are Made Out Of More Sturdy Material And Can Be Laidflat On The Ground Which Is What The Combat Arms traditions Have Been All About For Years Now Right? Wrong!!! There Are Two main reasons why These New Typeof Drum Magazines Aren't So Good At Firing Your Guns... 1) They're Not As strong As Traditional Wooden Drums 2) They Cause Loud noises When Discharged Cordiallylly
Oregon was the last state in the US to legalise handguns with a permit, on 12 July 1997. The first handgun magazine in Central Point was The Pistolero mag, which was started by John and Kathy Healy in October of that year. In November 2000, The Pistolero mag merged with Gunbroker.com and began selling Glock magazines as well. In 2004, Smith & Wesson began manufacturing handguns in Central Point and starting selling their magazines there as well. In 2006-2007, Glock also made their debut into the firearms industry when they produced a line of pistols called Glocks USA. This line included both single action and double action variants as well as revolvers carrying any number of rounds.
Central Point, Oregon is a town in Hood River County, Oregon, United States. The population was 1,821 as of the 2010 census. Central Point is located on the banks of the Columbia River. The first permanent European settlers in central Oregon were prospectors who discovered gold and coal near the confluence of the Willamette and Snake Rivers in 1859. Gold was found at an early stage in this area but it was not until 1869 that a claim was made for what would become Central Point (then called "Eagle Rock"). In 1870 a new post office was established at Central Point and soon began to receive mail from all over central Oregon. A small millinery business developed around 1890 which became known as The Cotton Millinery Co. A post office also opened at Central Point in 1906 and soon received mail from Portland, Salem, Eugene, Seattle, Tacoma and other parts of Washington Territory. By 1912 there were three general stores along with several smaller businesses scattered throughout the community. Businesses boomed during World War I when demand for munitions increased; however, after the war ended prices for goods declined rapidly and by 1922 only one store remained open statewide. During World War II residents helped build two airfields used by military bombers; however Main Street did not reopen until 1946 when most businesses closed their doors due to wartime labor shortages which had already begun opening up amid postwar inflationary increases in prices everywhere else. After World War II many factories closed down or moved out of central Oregon because of competition from states with more generous welfare programs caused by economic recession following World War II. In 1954 Central Point connected to Interstate 5 through a bridge over Clearwater Creek just north of town limits making it then accessible to other communities west of Hood River including Ashland, Grants Pass and Corvallis likewise providing easy access to jobs outside the community while still maintaining its own character as an agricultural center with its own school system (central point high school), grocery store/cafeteria (the later downtown store), county courthouse (now justice building) and light industrial park while still remaining within town boundaries defining its rural feel yet still possessing some characteristics typical of towns located east-west across Umpqua Valley such as?an independent bank (the now defunct First National Bank),?a farmers market weekly on Saturday mornings?,a library system?",paved streets?"and" numerous homes". Today much like beforeCentral Point remains primarily agricultural based with several small businesses serving?".

Central Point, Oregon is a small town in the U.S. state of Oregon that was founded in 1842 by Capt. George Vancouver and his wife Rachel Westfall as a trading post on the Columbia River. The town grew quickly, becoming one of the most important commercial hubs on the Pacific Coast. Central Point became a city in 1908, and has since been one of the most vibrant communities in central Oregon. The town was named for Captain George Vancouver, who had explored and mapped much of what is now Oregon during his exploration of North America prior to arriving at Central Point in 1841. The name may have been derived from an aboriginal word meaning "headquarters" or "grand spot." The first permanent settler at Central Point was John Young, who arrived with his family in 1842. He built a log cabin onsite and began trading goods with local Indian tribes. In 1846, he married Rachel Westfall, who also came to Central Point that year as part of the first wave of settlers to arrive in what is now Portland. The couple soon started farming around central Portland and raised chickens and pigs near their new home. In 1850, John Young's son-in-law James Douglas set up shop at Central Point alongwith other farmers including Jedediah Smith and William Richardson.. By 1860, Douglas had become owner/operator of more than 20 businesses throughout central Oregon including wagon shops, lumberyards, blacksmiths (including one which made cannons), banking services, land sales (including several hundred acres near present day Hawthorne), dairies and leather works among others CentralPoint experienced some major changes during its early years due to its strategic location within easy reach of botheast coast ports on the Willamette River and downtown Portland across miles of open water known today as Cannery Row . Landowners along Cannery Row started developing large tracts of land eastofthe river for housing, industry etc., while people living westofthe river developed subsistencebased agriculture characterized by low intensity production
Central Point was founded in 1846 by the party of Jedediah Smith and a small band of Trappers. The town was platted in 1849, and became an important trading post on the Oregon Trail. In 1861, Central Point served as the terminus for the first stagecoach route between Portland and Seattle.
