In that year, the first handguns were manufactured in Medford, and soon thereafter, Firearms & Ammunition Shop began selling pistols and shotguns. The shop was eventually joined by another business called The Rifleman's Armory in 1875. That same year, the city of Medford passed a law making it an unlawful act to sell or offer any firearm without a license from the city police department. This law served as a deterrent against gun sales within the city limits. In 1892, John Waddell opened his own firearms store in downtown Medford. Waddell became well known for his high-quality firearms, and he also offered t-shirts featuring his products. His store quickly became popular amongGun sellers and shooters throughout the region. By 1923, Waddell had closed his store and died suddenly; however, his store continued to operate under different nameplates until 1975 when it finally shuttered its doors forever. The popularity of firearms through the years has led to many gun shops opening up across Oregon over the years; some of these businesses have even continued operation after their original owners passed away or have moved out of town. Medford, Oregon is a small town located in the Wasatch Mountains of eastern Oregon. The population was 9,781 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Medford-Keizer Metropolitan Statistical Area. The name "Medford" originated from an American Indian word meaning "place of plenty." The community was founded in 1847 by pioneers who were looking for a location to settle after discovering gold near Butte Lake. The first store and post office opened in 1848. The community quickly grew because of its natural resources and its close proximity to nearby cities such as Portland and Salem. In 1857, Medford incorporated as a city. In 1955, the United States government designated Medford as an experimental site for nuclear testing due to concerns about plutonium exposure in adjacent rural areas. After several years of testing, the test sites were closed down in 1959 and 1960. Today, there are no active nuclear weapons tests taking place in or around Medford, thanks to safety measures put into place following those tests. The economy ofmedford has been diversified over time with sectors including food production (mainly fruits and vegetables), manufacturing, services (including health care) and research & development all making some contribution over time; these have helped contribute to local job growth since 2000 despite declines seen elsewhere during that period.–Medford Chamber of Commerce

During later wars such as Vietnam and Iraq there was an even greater need for military clothing due to changes in warfare technology which led to more specific shirts made specifically for those wars. Today’s firearms industry is constantly evolving with new technologies which means that new products are always being created related to them or inspired by them.

Medford is a town in Oregon, United States. The population was 7,827 at the 2010 census. It is the seat of Medford County and has a sister city relationship with Zaragoza, Spain. The first people to live in what is now Medford were the Hahamis, who lived on the banks of the Willamette River before moving upstream. They built their first village on what is now Duckworth Street in 1851. The name "Medford" was given to it by General John Medley during his 1861 march through Oregon as part of the Union Army's Invasion of Oregon campaign. The townsite was platted in 1872 by James Fenton and named for George A. Medley, owner of an Illinois farm where much early activity took place in this area. One impetus for settlement around Duckworth Street was its location near sources of irrigation water that could be used for growing crops or building homes. By 1915, when most residents had moved away from the original villages and into larger permanent settlements, Duckworth Street became known as "the Main Street ofOregon". Today's downtown core contains many commercial areas as well as several historic district sites dating back to pioneer times including Fort Douglas (1859), Government House (1871), and Ladd's Theatre (1911). Many new businesses have arisen since then, but many of those buildings still stand witness to history due to their unique architecture or historical significance such as Applebees restaurant which opened its doors in 1984 just off Main Street adjacent to OSU’s Perkins Chapel campus
