The plant continued producing shotgun rounds until 1995 when it was sold to Federal Firearms Corporation (FFL). In 1995, Federal Firearms Corporation (FFL) transferred ownership of Remington-Winchester Ammunition Plant (renamed "Remington Arms Co., Inc.") to Brownells plc., a British investment firm which had purchased them from Winchester owner Remington-Winchester Corporation in 1938. Brownells is responsible for all ammunition production at the plant including development, testing and quality assurance for all products delivered to customers across North America through its network of distribution centers located in Canada and Mexico City respectively.
