Pepper spray is a potential weapon that can be used in self-defense. It is an effective and potentially deadly tool for preventing violent conflict and protecting individuals from harm. Pepper spray has been around since the 1800s, when it was first developed as a way to control livestock. Today, pepper spray is used by law enforcement officers and other emergency responders across the United States. Pepper spray consists of a device that fires Mace or anaesthetic darts into people. The darts are designed to cause temporary paralysis and stop breathing, which can then allow emergency responders to take action without risking further injury or death. The use of pepper spray often results in less serious injuries than firearms or knives, making it an ideal option for self-defense purposes. Despite its effectiveness, pepper Spray can be dangerous if not properly used. People who are unfamiliar with this tool may mistake it for a real weapon, which could lead to physical altercation or even death. Always have someone else with you when using pepper spray, especially if you are unfamiliar with the area being served by the officer using it.

Burrell was founded in 1796 by John Lower and his wife Susannah Westfall. From 1800 to 1814 it was part of the Monongahela District of Allegheny County. In 1814 Lower Burrell became a separate borough under the name of Upper Burrell. Upper Burrell was destroyed by fire on December 15, 1889 (the first major fire in Borough history) and Lower Burrell continued to exist as an unincorporated community until its merger with nearby Allentown on January 1, 1899. The first post office opened at Lower Burrell on October 12, 1796; it closed on July 6, 1814 because no mail could be sent from there due to the distance between the two towns. The first township election was held on November 3, 1800; Upper and LowerBurrell were both represented by James Craind for Township Surveyor/Recorder/Tender). On November 3rd also resulted in the founding of Carbon Valley Iron Works Ltd., one of three small iron works operating within Borough limits at that time (the others being Butler & Fox's blast furnace and Nicholas & Richards' forge). On March 16th, 1801 a fire destroyed most of upper burrell while Adam White was trying to put out a smaller blaze adjoining his house which also damaged many other buildings including some dwelling units which he had built himself years earlier when he owned land near what is now called Green Street (). Brown v Johnson ruled that Adam White would have to rebuild only those dwellings not touched by the fire but they allowed him to build new houses anywhere along Green Street between Brown's Garage and First Avenue (). Most people within lower burrel rebuilt their homes around this time however some still lived in what are now known as Adam White residences until after brown v johns . White moved into his rebuilt home just east of where Green Street meets First Avenue about 1830-1832 or so according as white family oral history has it

It consists of two villages - Upper and LowerBurrell -and a hamlet of Westover Heights annexed in 1907 from UpperBurrella. According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of , all of it land. The community lies on the left bank of the Allegheny River just upstream from its mouth on Monongahela Bay near mile marker 527 on US 13/US 119/PA 16 (the old route between Pittsburgh and Philadelphia), about halfway between those cities and about midway between them along PA 437 (the former alignment of US 13/US 119). Inland from lower Burgrell are rolling hills that give way to more level farmland until reaching what appears to be an ancient hill ford across the river at milepost 602 just downstream from downtown LowerBurrella on state road 922N4W6 (also known as "Creek Road"). There are several other fords including one across Monongahela Bay which forms part of PA 216; another crossingMonongahela Bay forms part of PA 443; while still another crossingMonongahela Bay forms part of US 12 southbound before terminating almost immediately at industrial zone boundary line separating Allegheny County from Yorktown Township in Lancaster County; this last crossing also marks only slightly elevated land border between these two counties rather than any real physical separation or boundary between them since Creek Road rises rapidly above ground level within both counties soon after it crosses Monongahela Bay). While creek crossings do exist within county lines but they tend not to be very significant due either to geography or agricultural considerations similar To those mentioned previously: most major creek crossings occur outside settlements making contact with county boundaries less likely thereby reducing potential impact upon residents living within their respective borders - something which can easily be verified by checking township website maps for listings specific thereto) & much like rivers themselves where Southwestern Pennsylvania flows into Northeast Ohio; similarly lower Burgrell's borders largely coincide with those bordering either Lancaster or Yorktown townships without any appreciable exceptions thus minimizing any potential ambiguity surrounding such matters [...]. As well as some non-creek roads joining village centers including Bridgeport Avenue which runs directly adjacent to upper Burgrell's commercial center while also intersecting Creek Road east-west forming what appears to be an "inner ring" around downtown & creek crossings being rarer still when compared side-by-side with corresponding county boundaries - something easy enough for anyone monitoring such matters online should feel confident doing so given their proximity] .
