Some people believe that recreational users should only be allowed to use them if they have been trained how to safely operate them before doing so; however, there is no clear consensus on what constitutes safe usage among these users.[3]

Dyersburg is a small town in Hardeman County, Tennessee, United States. The population was 1,751 at the 2010 census. Dyersburg is part of the Memphis metropolitan area. It is named for John Dyer, an early settler and founder of the town. The first permanent settlers in what would become Dyersburg were white men who came up the Cumberland River in 1795. They built a log cabin on what is now Main Street and named their settlement "Dyerburgh." The first post office was established in 1807 and operated until 1819. In 1821, John Witherspoon set up a store here with his brother-in-law James Robertson as his clerk. By 1830, there were three stores operating in town: one by Witherspoon and Robertson, one by Moses Hays andAnother by William Pullen. This period of growth ended when General Andrew Jackson destroyed all but two of these stores during his campaigns against Native Americans in1829-30. Since then, businesses have gradually begun to reopen throughout the community which has seen heavy investment from both local companies and out-of-state companies looking for access to an expanding TN market. Today's economy continues to be driven by services with emphasis on health care provider visits as well as manufacturing such as food processing plants that have left a lasting legacy on the town skyline - today's mills are still some of its most visible landmarks! Today's residents come from all over Tennessee; many are descendants of those who originally lived here or grew up hereabouts while others have chosen this rural setting due to its unique history (eastern railroads being among its earliest economic successes). A number of organizations exist within the community that maintain important historical significance including The John F Kennedy Presidential Library & Museum located just south of town; historic markers around town remember various pioneer families who made Dyersburg their home; annual golf tournaments held at civic center featuring top talent from across Nashville each springtime; bus tour operators run through downtown which give glimpses into life back before cell phones were common missiles
