The history of gun magazines in Longview, Washington started in 1903 when a man named W.H. Beavers had the idea to create a magazine that could hold more than one bullet. Beavers founded the first gun magazine in Longview, Washington, and it was called the “Beaver Rifle and Pistol Club”. The club used to meet at Mr. Beavers home on First Street until 1912 when they moved to 17th Avenue South. The club continued meeting at 17th Avenue South until 1914 when they moved to 5th Street East because of the prohibition period in Washington D.C. The club stopped meeting after that because of the prohibition period and also because Mr. Beavers died in 1916. In 1922, Agrisystems Corporation began manufacturing firearms in Longview and they established a manufacturing plant on Seventh Street North which produced shotguns, rifles, pistols, revolvers, and shotguns for sale by mail order from their headquarters located on Second Street North outside of town limits. Gun magazines became an important part of these firearms production plants as they were used to store ammunition and keep track of inventory levels so that employees could make sure that all products were coming off the line according to customer demand. From 1922 until 1984, Agrisystems Corporation manufactured over 1 million firearms including both handguns and rifles/pistols with a wide variety of models and applications including law enforcement weapons such as handguns and rifle/pistols for use by police officers; hunting rifles/pistols for use by hunters; military weapons such as pistols for military purposes; artillery guns for shooting practice; sporting goods like bows & arrows; etc., etc., etc., making them one of America’s leading firearm manufacturers during this time frame! In 1984, Agrisystems Corporation merged with Winchester Firearms Company which made it difficult for gun magazines Ltd which continued producing handguns under its own name but ceased production of other types of firearms starting in 1986! Today there are still remnants remaining from Agrisystems Corporation’s past production capabilities located on Seventh Street North where you can find examples of their shotgun models like the pump-action shotgun Model 1902 (pictured) manufactured between 1922-1940 or their pistol model 1911 (pictured) manufactured between 1907-1922

Longview, Washington is a city in King County, Washington, United States. The population was 25,898 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of King County. The city is located on the eastern edge of Seattle and forms part of its metropolitan area. The first European settlement in what is now Longview was by the Lewis and Clark Expedition in 1805. On July 26, 1846, Longview became a town when it was organized as a village by Territorial Governor Isaac Stevens. A post office called "Longview" was established in 1852, but no mail arrived there until 1861. In 1881, an act to change the name of King County to Seattle created conflicts between Longview's citizens and those in Seattle over which name should be given to the new county seat; as a result, both towns took their own names – LongVIEW for themselves and SHERIDAN for Seattle. By 1890 LongVIEW had lost most of its residents to migration elsewhere within King County or eastward intoSeattle proper; however SHERIDAN still held some status as the legal name for both towns until 1907 when KING COUNTY WEDDING CERTIFICATE OFFICERS ACT made LONGVIEW THE NEW COSTUME OF KING COUNTY

The town was established in 1853 and named for Captain George Long, an early settler on the Upper Columbia River. The towns of Longview and Missoula were both platted in 1853 by Captains George Long and James McKay respectively. Northwest Territorial government organized Foothills into three districts with headquarters at Missoula In 1865, Linn County was created from parts of Snake Valley District (including present-day Longview) and sections of Wallowa County including present-day Missoula. As part of this arrangement, Linn County included much of what is now Oregon except for most of what would later become Cascade County. In 1907 the name change to Longview after Hyrum C. Smith who served as Mayor from 1904 to 1908 and then as Recorder from 1909 to 1913. In 1916 the name was changed again to misspelled "Longview" due to confusion over two different addresses for that year's town meeting which took place at the same location - one at First Presbyterian Church (now known as Oregon Union College) and one at Northwest High School (now called Willamette University). In 1927 the name reverted back to Longview after Smith's death although some residents continued using it until 1959 when they renamed their high school Willamette University High School in his memory

The first permanent settler in what is now Longview was James Stevenson, who arrived in 1851 and named his land "Stevenson Prairie." He and his wife Lydia located a log cabin on an east-west track running through the center of the town. In 1854, he build a house on what is now Pioneer Square in downtown Longview. Boris Dvorak played football for Longview High School from 1951 to 1957 and also starred baseball from 1951 to 1957. In October 1959, construction began on University Way Northeast which became known as "The Boulevard" after becoming one of the most important streets in town. The $5 million project widened sidewalks and rebuilt intersections throughout the city, creating a more modern community with expanded amenities for residents and visitors alike. In 2007, University Way Northeast was renamed "James Worthy Drive" in honor of Mayor Greg Nickels' late father who had served as mayor from 1974 to 1978
