The history of bipods in Lynden begins with the early pioneers who set foot on the land in the late 1800s. The presence of horses and other animals on these shores made for difficult camping and hiking, so man devised a way to make use of this terrain. From logs, trees, or sticks, settlers fashioned bipods to help them travel long distances. These sturdy devices were used as walking aids and became a common sight throughout the region. As logging increased in popularity, so too did demand for bipods. By 1910, there were numerous businesses catering to the needs of hunters and farmers in Lynden. This growing industry led to growth in prices for bipods and their use as walking devices grew more popular still. In 1926, Edwin Jourdan patented his invention that would change how people walked around town – the first pair of shoes with straps that allowed people to walk without having to worry about getting their feet wet or lost footing. This innovation would soon be copied by others and become known as “bipod shoes”. Throughout these years, bipods continued to be an important part of local life. Many families took pride in owning one or two examples of this iconic device. After World War II ended, many people including soldiers returned home from overseas military campaigns with new equipment that needed new Walking Devices! A few examples include the development of ski boots after troops went skiing during World War I and bifocals (sunglasses) after servicemen fought in both World Wars1-3

Lynden is a census-designated place in King County, Washington, United States. The population was 7,482 at the 2000 census. It is part of theSeattle–Tacoma Metropolitan Statistical Area. The Lynden area started life as a farming community and grew around the town of Lynden iron works which were located on an old logging road northeast of present day Lynden. The first store opened in 1853 and the first post office in 1865. In 1896, a small school was built and it remained in use until 1957 when it closed due to budget cuts by then school superintendent Toni Kapp. A new school had been planned but never built when Kapp retired. In 1996, another small school building was erected on land donated by local rancher Harry Goff and his family who also ran the grocery store next door for many years until it closed too. The Lynden area became popular for its natural resources such as timber, coal, oil shale and uranium that have been exploited over time including some of the most significant finds in King County including both gold mines (Hinkle Hill Mining Company) and silver mines (Newcastle Mine). In 2002, development began on a large fiber optic cable system that would run through parts of King County connecting downtown Seattle with Tacoma via Lynden creating jobs and improving communications withinKing County as well as providing opportunities for growth adjacent to this major project; Castle Rock Energy Solutions Ltd., LLC vowing to make Lynden one of their key market locations outside of Seattle should they be successful with their financing package; steel mills located just outside town along I-5 offering employment opportunities for millhands including apprenticeship programs; new housing developments being constructed near Interstate 5 exit 78 giving residents easy access to shopping malls within minutes' walk or ride while still remaining rural; churches nearby serving those living near I-5 such as First Baptist Church located just east of town off US 99 (just north of I-5 Exit 78) which offers discipleship classes for young people starting out in life today; golf courses available close by like Pinnacle Hills Golf Club located about 10 minutes west from downtown on SR 520 just south of exit 78 off I-5 where members can play 9 holes during open hours or take lessons from professional instructors during weekdays with prices starting at $10/hour/player.; and finally businesses existing here long before these types of projects started proliferating throughout Lynnwood or Bellevue – Starbucks opening up shop early morning right across from I-405 and Hungry Horse Coffee & Tea inside what used to be an ammunition dump turning into a highly visible truck stop complete with restrooms etc., making it easy for locals to get coffee without having to leave their comfort zone Lynden is home Sweet Home

Some species of animals have even evolved into fully-fledged humanoids while others have reverted back to their original forms as bipeds. Today, we continue to use bipedality for many different reasons including protecting our health and safety; being able to move more freely; and increasing our productivity at work or home.
