In 1961–62 there was also construction work taking place on Interstate 5 which affected many residents including those living inside then known as "MapleValley". This left many residents without transportation or access to their homes so they would have to use services provided by workers who lived nearby such as trucks driving up and down I5 every day bringing supplies like cement and nails needed for road construction back home across gangplanks onto neighboring streets - this eventually caused riots among some residents leading to officials deciding not To renew the lease for 'theQ' after all
