Red dot sights are a type of sighting system used in firearms to allow the user to line up a fast, consistent fire on an enemy target. The red dot sight typically consists of a light cover that is affixed to the barrel, and around which is placed an image of a dark Cue Dot (or other aiming point). Olympia, Washington is a city in the U.S. state of Washington. The population was 27,815 at the 2010 census, making it the largest city in the state by population and second-largest city in Seattle after Seattle. During World War II, Olympia played an important role as one of two plants run by Boeing Aircraft Company at Everett Naval Shipyard on Lake Union – one for military aircraft production and one for jet engine production – which were responsible for creating over 100 thousand jobs in Seahawksville alone (the other plant was located at Moses Lake). After World War II ended, Olympia experienced rapid growth with automobile manufacturing becoming dominant throughout most of the 1960s through 1990s; however this period also saw some significant changes including racial integration within Olympia through efforts spearheaded by then Mayor Norm Stamper (a Democrat) during his first term as mayor from 1984 to 1988; development around Downtown which increased significantly during this time; high levels of crime rates beginning to decline beginning around 2000–2005;[1][2][3][4] gentrification having occurred since then although there has been some recent retail development near Interstate 5 exit 231A known as Westside Village which has caused some concern about gentrification.[5][6][7][8][9]
