This marriage formed the basis of the future family dynasty that would control Woodinville’s gun magazine industry for generations to come. The Mr. & Mrs. Davenports continued to operate their armory until 1830 when they sold it to James Hutton who operated it until his death in 1853. Hutton’s successors continued to run thearmory until it was purchased by George Fenton during World War II; however, it closed its doors once again after World War II ended without any new guns being manufactured there! The following year saw the opening of another woodinville-based gun magazine called “The Rifleman” which served as an outlet for local rifle enthusiasts looking to buy or sell firearms pure and simple! In 1865, “The Rifleman” merged with another local publication called “Guns Georgian Magazine” which also served as a source of inspiration for many subsequent publications including today’s “Woodinville Gun Magazines Journal”! Over time, these three publications grew into what is now known as Woodinville's leadinggunmagazine company! In 1929, George Fenton bought out his father-in-law James Hutton's share of “Guns Georgian Magazine” so that he could continue running the company fully independently! At this point in time (33 years later), GFM had become one of Seattle's most successful companies! By this point in time, GFM had also established itself as an international publisher with editions published at home and abroad! Lithographic printing presses had been introduced into the mix at this point too - starting off small but rapidly growing into what is now acknowledged as one of Seattle's most important commercial printing companies!! It was during this period that GFM initiated its famous "Tournament Edition" series - prints featuring top personal shooters from around the world compete against each other for accuracyand design excellence!! These prints remain some of our most popular memories from those days !!!!!Today GFM operates out of their main office building located on First Avenue South - nestled among some beautiful green gardens!!

Woodinville is a city in Washington State, United States. The population was 26,746 at the 2010 census. Woodinville is the second most populous city in Washington after Spokane. The first permanent settlers in what is now Woodinville were Canadians who arrived in 1853. They named their new town for John A. Wood who had settled near Kingston Lake in Canada two years earlier. The town was founded as a small logging village on an island in Lake Union which soon became too large for its original founders to control and they sold their land back to the Canadian government for $1 per acre (approximately $24 per km²). In 1865, when King County was created from portions of Washington Territory, part of Woodinville was added making it one of the largest cities within county boundaries at that time. In 1889, when Tacoma was established as a separate municipality limits away from both Portland andSeattle, Woodinville lost much of its commercial importance but retained someresidential areas including cafes/taverns along 4th Avenue North between University Place and Eastlake Place until 1906 when Tacoma annexed nearby Bellevue so that all three municipalities formed what is today known as Tacoma City Limits . In 1912 Leslie Halsey developed Everett Park which included much of what are now Woodward Elementary School District No., 2A-E Everett High School District No., 5A-F Pioneer Middle School District No., 1B-D Birchmere Elementary School District No., 3B-D Maple Leaf Christian Schools . After World War II many people left Northwest Asia for jobs opportunities elsewhere so Seattle quickly regained its dominance as both a major port trading with Japan and South Korea while Woodinville slowly declined except for periods during wartime when thousands of workers would commute into downtown Seattle due to shortages in other parts ofthe country
The town of Woodinville was founded in 1836 by John and Sarah Goodrich. The first post office was established in the town in 1837. The town grew rapidly and by 1841, it had a population of 350 people. In 1880, the city of Seattle was founded adjacent to Woodinville and the two towns merged.
